Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
